Dorsia is an innovative app that enables members to book coveted reservations at top restaurant and nightlife destinations and access exclusive events.
Dorsia currently operates around the globe. Reservations are available everywhere from global hubs like New York, Miami, Los Angeles, London, and Dubai to seasonal destinations such as The Hamptons, Ibiza, and the Amalfi Coast. The full list of destinations can be found on the app.
Download Dorsia - "Dorsia Members Club" - from the Apple App Store and complete the application process. Our membership team reviews applications on a daily basis and will notify you if your membership is approved in a timely manner. Referrals from other active members are given priority.
Basic Dorsia Subscription: Current pricing is $200/year (increasing soon).
Dorsia Premium Membership: $5,000/per year with $4,000 USD value in Fun Coupons in addition to other benefits and perks.
Dorsia Premium Plus Membership: $25,000/per year with $20,000 USD value in Fun Coupons in addition to other benefits and perks.

Yes, our membership program will offer flexible terms, allowing you to cancel your subscription whenever you choose, but note that you will not be eligible for any refunds of any subscription fees when you cancel. You will continue to have membership access until the renewal date. Once your subscription is up for renewal your account will be automatically cancelled, and you will no longer have subscriber access.
No, any existing reservations will be honored.
Fun Coupons
Fun Coupons are Dorsia’s version of points. They spend like cash on Dorsia.
$1 USD to 100 Fun Coupons.
Fun Coupons are dropped into your Dorsia Wallet monthly or quarterly, depending on your membership status.
Fun Coupons drop every 30 days for Premium members with 90 days to use or lose. Fun Coupons instantly drop all upfront for Premium Plus, with 12 months to use or lose.
You can apply Fun Coupons to anything bookable on the app, as long as they are active in your Dorsia wallet.

If within the policy, your booking will be refunded in Fun Coupons with the original expiration term in place.
All reservations and tickets will be available at least 48 hours in advance (coming soon). For seasonal markets, Premium members will have up to 30 days advance booking windows.
Premium Plus members will have first access to everything on Dorsia, including special designated tables exclusively for Premium Plus members and pre-season booking up to 90 days.
Booking
Upon logging into the app and selecting the preferred restaurant date and time, members prepay a locked-in minimum spend to confirm the reservation. 100% of the prepayment goes toward the total bill and covers anything ordered during your meal. The minimum spend is calculated from a supply-and-demand pricing model, similar to what’s used in the travel industry, factoring in urgency, timing, availability, and high-demand periods. Any amount that goes above the minimum spend is paid by the member at the end of the meal along with tax and tip.
Tables typically become available 30 days in advance of reservation dates.
All cancellations and modifications must happen in the Dorsia app - emailing us or calling the restaurant will result in forfeited minimum spend.
For most reservations canceled 8+ hours before dining time, members will receive 100% of the minimum table spend back into their account as Dorsia dining credits, redeemable at any venue on the platform.
For most reservations canceled within 8 hours of dining time, members forfeit 50% of the minimum table spend and the remaining 50% spend will go back into their Dorsia Wallet.
If a member does not cancel and fails to show up to the restaurant, they will forfeit 100% of their prepayment.
Some restaurants enforce different late cancelation windows, so be sure to refer to the Need to Know section in the restaurant’s profile page in the app for each restaurant’s specific cancelation policy.
Even if you don’t see your desired reservation time, party size or date, you can make a custom request with a proposed minimum spend per person. Once a custom request is made, the restaurant will confirm or deny the request given their availability in a timely manner.
Custom requests for same day reservations are responded to by the restaurant within a couple of hours. For custom requests for a future date, requests are most often answered by the next day.
A pre-authorization is made on your credit card for any custom request - if the request is denied the hold will be released and you will not be charged.

Code of Conduct
Dorsia is on a mission to transform the reservation landscape, tackling challenges for both operators and guests. Our commitment to uplifting our community of restaurant and venue partners means that we will only offer authorized reservations on our platform.
Members must be present for their reservation. Reservations are non-transferable. Sending other people for a reservation other than the named member will result in removal from the platform. Selling or trading reservations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership suspension and forfeiture of the membership fee. Any reservations suspected of being sold or traded will be flagged to the restaurant.
Timeliness is imperative and members should be prompt to their reserved time. Members who consistently arrive more than 15 minutes late will be under review and may be in jeopardy for removal from Dorsia.
Working in hospitality is a challenging, yet noble profession. Treat restaurants’ staff with respect. Members are required to abide by the restaurant’s dress code and code of conduct. Members must respect the privacy of other restaurant guests, and any photography should be discreet.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Dorsia reserves the right to revoke membership at any time at our sole discretion.
